I go by what I think looks the best and that's it.
That being said, I do really like the Righteous Armor having a self destruct upon death, from an RP aspect paired with the portable hellbomb and stuff.

I think some passive enhance the RP of it :)

@StarWarsOutlaws If we're talking strictly Star Wars Outlaws, it has to be ND-5 I've loved Commando Droids since I first saw them on Rishi base and it was really cool to see one utilized in the way the game did! very fun and very star wars.
