On the morning of the Call Of My Life premiere, I wrote these notes to myself. I didn’t know how the journey would unfold-I only knew what I was hoping and praying for. Reading them again today, on my birthday, filled me with gratitude. Some of these prayers have already started coming to pass, and I know there’s so much more ahead.
I’m sharing them because maybe someone else needs the reminder to write the vision down, do the work, and trust God with the outcome.
Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey. ❤️

Occasionally, ask yourself “How am I complicit in creating the conditions I say I don’t want?”
Because it’s so easy to blame other people while avoiding the discomfort of self-reflection.
One of the greatest forms of ignorance is condemning or criticizing what we do not truly understand. Before we label people, beliefs, or traditions as evil, it is important to learn, listen, and seek understanding from all sides.
Even Jesus Christ faced misunderstanding. In the Scriptures, some accused Him of performing miracles through the power of Beelzebub, the prince of demons (Matthew 12:24, Mark 3:22, Luke 11:15). Yet truth remained truth, regardless of the accusations.
When we look closely at the major religions practiced in Nigeria, we often find that they share more common values than many realize, belief in morality, reverence for the divine, respect for humanity, peace, compassion, and community. While their practices and expressions may differ, there are often parallels and lessons that can help us better understand one another.
Unfortunately, many people’s perception of traditional religion is shaped largely by movies, dramas, and fictional portrayals rather than genuine study or direct engagement. This can sometimes create stereotypes that do not tell the full story.
Over the years, I have made efforts to study and learn about the major religions practiced in our society with an open mind. That journey has taught me that understanding grows when we replace assumptions with knowledge and prejudice with dialogue. It has also made me reflect on why indigenous beliefs often receive harsher criticism than others. History reminds us that when new cultures and religions arrive, they sometimes seek to replace existing traditions, often portraying them negatively in the process.
As believers, regardless of our faith, we should remember the words of Jesus in John 13:35: “By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” Love not hostility, ridicule, or misrepresentation is the true mark of faith.
The early apostles spread the Gospel through teaching, compassion, conviction, and exemplary living. They did not advance their message by spreading hatred or deliberately misrepresenting others. Their example reminds us that truth does not need hostility to prevail.
Let us promote understanding over suspicion, dialogue over division, and love over hatred. We may not all share the same beliefs, but we can share mutual respect, peaceful coexistence, and the commitment to treat one another with dignity.
Spiritual intelligence? (Read Joshua 1:8)
Till today Milllions of Yoruba Christians make the mistake of calling Satan - Èṣù
One mistake of misrepresentation in a 19th-century translation error by Samuel Ajayi Crowther changed the whole of history today!
Tell many Christians today, Èṣù is not Satan and they will argue
One of these days I’ll stand on the expressway with a dagger to my chest and countdown 10 minutes to end my life, until someone offers me a proper job.
This is not even a joke.
any time a news of femicide hits the tl, it feels like i got punched in my gut. the way women just die from the hands of their partners is scary. it’s more than scary.
Hi, I'm Aisha, and I've been a creative since I was ten. When I turned 16, I was admitted to study Law. I studied law for 7 years and was creating while studying. I'm still a creative(somewhere in there), but I'm about to be a lawyer, and I want to be a Lawyer to the creatives.
Hello boys and girl… this week’s episode with Alexis and Zulu from Mirabel Centre is out on YouTube!
If you’ve ever wondered what kind of support exists for survivors of abuse in Lagos, what services are available to them and how you can help, this episode is for you! ❤️
I honestly felt bad when people were dragging me for making a video saying JESUS LOVES YOU whilst putting on a corset singlet with a blazers suit
And I told the holy spirit “you see why i didn’t want to do this assignment in the first place? I’m not doing again🚶♀️”
Then he said “why do you think I don’t know before I sent you?”
You think I don’t know you have two corsets or you think I don’t know you wear them either?
You think I don’t know that your mouth is very sharp and you’ve not learnt how to manage your emotions sometimes
You think I don’t know how you are before I sent you like that?
Or you think I don’t know the kind of world you live in
You think I wanted you to be perfect?
JESUS that was perfect, what did the world do to him? They killed him
You think they knew about salvation whilst killing him?
Nahhh
They thought they had “shut him up” for good
Not knowing that they were following the script written by God all along
“for if they had, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory” 1 Corinthians 2:8
They thought they could tear him down and shut him up
But they didn’t know that what they’re doing would bring the best thing humanity will ever know
So what do you think?
Abi no be the same religious people wey dey drag you because of ONE OUTFIT
Kill Jesus
Or you think they would seat back and watch you take the souls of the world into the kingdom without attacking you?
People that the gods of this world has blinded their eyes
So me that have you an assignment to do and sent you on an errand, I’m not relevant enough for you to consider me?
Or you think that “when you stop” they will shut up?💀💔😂
lol
In their mind, they will think “they have won”
They will feel like “no more threat for their kingdom is arising again”
Abi don’t you know that you are a very big threat to their kingdom?
Sheybi you’ve taken your time to scroll through the pages of people dragging you
Did you see them preaching Jesus?
Or you think that is just coincidence?
You think the devil being the accuser of the brethren doesn’t have advocates on earth? Lmao
You are a very big terror to the devil
And this one message I told you to say every Sunday “JESUS LOVES YOU” is more powerful than you ever know
Because it is the entirety of the gospel
Some people feel like Jesus would love you according to your works
Like
If you are righteous
Or if you at UPRIGHT
but my dear,
Whilst you were yet a sinner Christ died for you
And before I sent you to do that assignment
I knew you
And ordained you to be a voice unto many generations
Continue telling people that JESUS LOVES YOU
it would take a while for people to understand
They will drag you for every single flaws you have that they can see
That’s how they are
But they do the most behind close doors
At least you are doing the work that your father sent you to do but they aren’t (2 for 5:18-20)
That should count for you
Or are you telling me that when you go to the beach you won’t make a video saying JESUS LOVES YOU? cos you are scared that they will drag you for saying it in a bikini
Or are you telling me that anybody had an issue with you when you wore it bare to your crypto community hang out
My love, the problem is not your outfit
The real problem is the message you are preaching
The devil is so terrified about the results it would yield so yes he would use one video you made out of the others to make people feel like there’s another reason why you are making the video but the main reason behind it
Which is to let people know that JESUS LOVES YOU just the way you are!
Since when did you even started caring about what “people would say?”
Excuse you
Who are they?😂
Lilian, If you stop
You are weak👍

A few ways I personally try to reduce the information gap:
• I set up Google Alerts for keywords related to fully funded programs, fellowships, scholarships, grants, and other opportunities that interest me.
• I have intentionally trained my social media algorithms. My Instagram Explore page, Twitter timeline, and other feeds are heavily populated with opportunities, education content, fellowships, scholarships, leadership programs, and professional development resources.
• I follow opportunity websites and organizations that regularly post scholarships, fellowships, grants, jobs, conferences, and leadership programs.
• I follow embassies, diplomatic missions, and cultural centers because they often advertise scholarships, exchange programs, language programs, and leadership opportunities.
• I have built a network of friends who actively share opportunities with one another.
• I belong to WhatsApp groups and communities dedicated to sharing opportunities.
• I follow people on social media whose content is centered on opportunities and professional development.
• I search using specific keywords instead of broad ones. For example, I might search "women's leadership fellowship," "French studies conference," or "youth leadership program" instead of simply searching "scholarship."
• I subscribe to newsletters from universities, foundations, and organizations that fit my interests.
• I attend webinars, conferences, and information sessions where opportunities are often mentioned before they become widely known.
• I reach out to people who have won opportunities I am interested in and learn from their experience.
• I follow institutions and organizations directly because many opportunities are announced on their pages first.
• I make searching for opportunities a habit. I do not wait for opportunities to find me; I actively look for them.
• I share opportunities generously. Interestingly, the more opportunities I share, the more people send opportunities my way.
The information gap can never be completely eliminated, but intentional systems like these have helped me reduce it significantly.
