@scottastevenson I’ve found the most useful hack to accomplish thing to be starting work remotely away from the people that can derail your day. 3 days a week I start with a 2 hour stint at home or a coffee shop with slack and email closed off.

@scottastevenson I think as it relates to startups, there is such incomplete information that speed of action is most important as it drives learning and then iteration which both give you more information to make more accurate decisions one at a time.
