@flypassionair has become lazy at serving it's customers. Sadly, they seem not bothered because our domestic flight is dominated by only two airlines. Government of Ghana needs to invest in this area.

ECG is undertaking national examination of electrical meters which is a good thing, but there are alot of flaws. They would cut your lines for no reason and ask you to go to your district office for a new meter. Mind you, because they already have the plan to have a national...
..meter replacement, they will opt to put you on direct (to power source) with a fixed monthly payment. I don't know whether it's an agenda to raise funds for ECG.
Now this is where it gets interesting, there is an app which they will use to check your supposed cost per month..
This is overly exaggerated. Probably because most people aren't aware of :
1. The app
2. How to use the app
3. The ECG personnel wouldn't show inputs to the customer (no transparency).
I therefore urge everyone to visit the PURC website to figure out the usage of the app...
@ECGghOfficial When your workers go round, they are not able to detect altered meters, especially the ones that have been fine tunned. We those who pay the proper charges are mocked at and seen as stupid, because its a norm for people to alter their meters.
