So they get off it and life goes to shit once again.. lol so never get off something like that unless you are 100% positive you are ready! And don’t be so worried about trying to get off it, focus on feeling better 🙂

The biggest problem with mental health and medication stigma and of course not having any medications to take daily would be amazing, but most people will take ssri for a while and then when they feel great again, they try to get off.. not realizing only

So ultimately I couldn’t bear it anymore, and I turned to drugs and found the only relief I’ve ever been able experience other than Zoloft.
