When you’re abroad and something happens to your phone, you’re basically stuck especially if you use Nigerian banking apps. Transferring them to a new device is very difficult, the customer service support to help you resolve it is often poor or nonexistent.@ZenithBank @gtbank

@ZenithBank Go and fix your customer service. Transferred funds from the zenith app and funds not credited yet and the bank did not bother to inform customers there is Nibss downtime. This is absolute nonsense!!!
