Inspiration by @Dacedrgn is a science fiction book for lovers of the genre. It is such an easy read as the plot and characters seem to flow into the world.

Someone reminded me yesterday why I started helping out other authors.
When I started using Twitter to promote my first book, I didn't know how amazing the #WritingCommunity was. I shared my book all the time, thinking that's all I had to do to get some sales, but I would see none.
That is until I met some amazing people and realized that I'm not here to compete with other authors, because they're not my competition. They are my colleagues in this beautiful journey, and we should support each other instead of trying to tear each other down.
I realized I had to change the way of promoting my works, and thus I started hosting these self-promo threads to help other authors' books be seen. Lately, I've noticed that Writer Lifts no longer work like they used to, so I'm trying out other types of promos (e.g. "Why should we buy your book" or "Share a book of yours with less than 50 reviews"), and these promos work a lot better.
Apart from being an author, I'm also a reader. There are so many wonderful indie books out there, and I try to buy a few each month. I have temporarily stopped until I read some paperbacks I've bought in a book-buying spree of mine, but I will keep buying more starting next year.
I don't expect from anyone to buy my books because I've bought theirs. I'm also not into book swaps. If I find your book interesting, I'll add it to my list on Goodreads and will get to it as soon as possible. I'm a mood reader, so I always choose books to read depending on my mood.
I'm always here to share my experiences, tips and advice, others' books and my reviews, my poetry, and my books.
Other authors aren't my competition. They are my colleagues, my friends, and my mentors.
Wishing all of you a wonderful day! ✨
@DKemeridou In Inspiration, the only engineer aboard a starship full of artists stumbles onto a few small mysteries that could affect the whole star system. Where is the pilot? What's going on with the ship's AI? Why do people keep dragging them to parties?

The winner will be drawn on 7th November. If you’ve already got a copy of the book, you can instead have a refund and a free piece of whatever merchandise I end up making!
Good luck, and Happy Halloween!

@scdallav @nocontextmemes I'm provisionally with them. If there were no signs, and no roundabout, priority goes to cars continuing on the "main" road, over those joining from a "secondary" road. That's a UK perspective though.
@exaltiora I grew up in Swindon, and the absolute worst thing about the Magic Roundabout, the brain-fuckingly horrible truth of its nature, is that it works.
Because there's, like, 50 possible routes from any entrance to any exit, you can pretty much just aim for the gaps and drive. Chaos.
