@CapitalOne you have idiots in your support team. I tell the guy someone is trying to use my card. He asks me if it’s the transaction for chewy dot com. I said yes! He said it was declined because it wasn’t activated, would you like me to activate it? Um, hello, NO?!

So I try and get that card canceled and a new card sent to my new address. The idiot can’t understand my address. So it’s gotten to the point that I’m very frustrated and just tell him to cancel my account, and close it. So you lost a client. Congrats. 🙃
