@whoya@BigCodeman911@tollenger@Jakemorganstunt@dannymasterson@LADAOffice I have not defended anyone. But yes, I will always defend a person's right to due process, same as I have said you have the right to believe what you want. If he is proven guilty then I hope he pays for his crimes. However, accusations and allegations are not proof.
@whoya@BigCodeman911@tollenger@Jakemorganstunt@dannymasterson@LADAOffice That's fine, believe what you will, but you're trying to make it seem as though the case has been decided. I sincerely hope that you never find yourself in a position where a mob had decided you are guilty and speculates on your guilt every time you say anything on social media.
@whoya@BigCodeman911@tollenger@Jakemorganstunt@dannymasterson@LADAOffice That's not evidence, it's by definition a simple allegation of wrong doing. The rape kits and following investigation are what brings about any evidence. Saying someone did something to you, even something as repulsive as rape, does not satisfy guilt beyond reasonable doubt.
@whoya@BigCodeman911@tollenger@Jakemorganstunt@dannymasterson@LADAOffice That makes you part of the problem. You're talking about mob rule. That's why we have a criminal justice system, because people like you decide someone is guilty due to heresay, due to the simple allegation of wrong doing.
