《一文读懂：ICM 到底是什么？》

SOL 给 ICM 给出的官方解释是 Internet Capital Markets（互联网资本市场）：

翻译就是：任何人都能发币，直接面对 Sol 的全球流动性。

这话，听起来是不是很耳熟？
这跟 PUMP 的使命“人人都能币”何其相似，但不同的是——

1，PUMP：零售逻辑 → 货架式发射台 → 人人能发，人人能玩。

2，ICM：国家叙事 → 底层资本市场 → 人人能 IPO，但要围绕 Sol 官方生态。

所谓的 ICM，是 SOL 想要摆脱“土狗/Meme 叙事”的依赖，过去很长的一段世纪里，SOL的币本位价格的供需逻辑是：

Meme 市场热 → SOL 才跟涨。

所以过去一年SOL能涨到200多，跟链上的MeMe和阴毛团队们是离不开关系的，但这里有个问题是，如果依赖MeMe的供需逻辑来看SOL的币本位，这种模式太依赖情绪和投机了，因此SOL也一直被视为“赌场公链”，长期缺乏正当性叙事，资本市场对它的估值也很难脱离 Meme 的波动。

MeMe能给SOL的叙事和资本承接已经到头了，SOL想要继续拉盘必须找到新的“正当性和宏伟”的叙事，一套能把Sol 从“土狗发动机”升级为“全球资本市场底层协议”的新叙事。

ICM 正是这个新叙事下的产物。

所谓 ICM 也不难理解，它是不会有具体的“概念和相关衍生币”的，ICM 更多的时候只充当“一面旗帜”的作用，试图重新定义 SOL：SOL不是普通公链，而是全球资本市场的底层基础设施；SOL不是依赖土狗情绪的赌场公链，而是人人都能在其上直接融资的互联网化的纳斯达克。

在这个设想下，土狗盘不再是 SOL 的主要流动性来源，真正的“领头羊”应该是围绕 Solana 生态与叙事的项目。发币人承接的不是零散的赌徒资金，而是 SOL 全链流动性。背书的不再是匿名庄家，而是以 Toly 为代表的SOL的官方集体愿景。

换句话说：ICM 其实是SOL的官方叙事拔高，把“人人发币、人人 IOP（Initial Onchain Offering）”推到“伟大战略”的层面。目标是让 Sol 从赌场形象，转型为互联网资本市场的纳斯达克。因此，ICM 跟“发什么币”没关系，因为ICM是旗帜，

当大家说 “ICM 概念的币”，指的是那些 挂靠在 ICM（互联网资本市场）叙事下、被包装成 Sol 官方生态或战略棋子的代币，而是具体的ICM代币。

所以 ICM 概念的币 ≠ ICM 这个词本身的代币，而是指那些被纳入 “Internet Capital Markets” 宏大叙事下、承接 Sol 官方流动性的项目。ICM代币和普通 Meme 最大的不同点在于：有 SOL 官方资源/话语背书；强调自己是 SOL生态战略的一部分；不想被归类成“土狗”，而是“未来的资本市场标的”，这个才是真正的ICM代币。

这也是为什么ICM不可能诞生在PUMP也不可能诞生在Bonk的重要原因，因为 ICM这个旗帜叙事存在的目的就是清君侧，是为了消解MeMe的对SOL的影响的，所以ICM不可能诞生在一个MeMe的发射台上。过去几个月SOL做了很多发射台，最终也还是只有belive能承受ICM概念下的“SOL叙事代币”，所以不管Ben出生不出生，事实上目前来看也只有belive发射台能做新的叙事承接。

在 SOL 的 ICM 叙事下，未来能被冠上“ICM 概念”的币，大概率就是以下几类：

1，Web2 融资币（比如现在belive上面的这些公司融资币）
2，技术叙事币（老一套“技术驱动”的资本化故事，只是借 ICM 再讲一次。）
3，半 Meme / 半 Utility 的混合体 （打擦边”，一边享受 Meme 的流量，一边吃 ICM 的叙事）。
肯定还有别的，我没想到...

所以 ICM 听起来像是资本市场互联网化的伟大战略，宏大到足以让 SOL 摆脱“赌场公链”的标签，摇身一变成为“全球资本市场的底层协议”。但一旦落地，逻辑依旧绕不开老三样：融资、炒作、流动性循环。只不过过去叫 Meme，现在披上了 ICM 的旗帜，看起来更高端、更庄重。

当然了，ICM 究竟是“伟大叙事”，还是“换壳的土狗逻辑”？答案其实没有绝对。它更多取决于你的位置：如果你站在领袖身边，你会觉得这是历史进程、时代机遇；但如果你站在池子边缘，你感受到的依然只是一次次熟悉的博弈与轮回。

圈子很重要，跟谁玩也很重要。叙事不是天上掉下来的，它是由核心圈子的人共同制造、共同放大的。真正的机会从来不会平均分配，而是流向那些靠近权力和流动性中心的人。

我写这篇文章的目的可不是要 FUD ICM～魔尼想表达的很简单：要站到正确的队伍。

叙事来来去去，Meme、ICM 都只是标签，最终决定成败的，是你是否站在正确的叙事源头，是否跟对了人，是否进了能接触到一级流动性的圈子。
