Additionally (and more importantly), they have never had a shortage of top talent. That isnt the issue. Their roster drops off a cliff though

I went ahead and removed Russell Wilson, Jimmy G, and Philip Rivers since they arent playing in 2026 (as of now)

Also, according to all time passer rating Dak (98.3) AND Romo (97.1) > Hurts (94.4).
