@iD_Mobile_UK new customer, I just went through an entire order process for a pay monthly phone right up to place order… and a brief “order processing” then nothing. No emails, no 1p taken from account etc. How do I contact you to see what did or didn’t happen??

I’ve had mobiles for >35y, and @VodafoneUK this was by THE most painful experience trying, and ultimately failing (as even your own staff gave up), to buy a phone & contract that I’ve ever experienced.

4.5 hours of my time I’ll never get back. Utter shambles.

@cjsnowdon Good article. Half the time it’s the gate staff. Rather than face down the problem there, it’s easier to avoid confrontation & bat it down the airbridge to the awaiting crew. Ask me how I know 🤦🏻‍♂️
