@SimonCalder would you know why tui would email me on the 29th /4 to cancel our holiday on the 22/5 and say that our credit note will be issued 28 days before our holiday, even though that's 24 days before our holiday, sent email a week ago and they still car'nt reply!

@santanderukhelp hi, I paid for a overnight hotel stay on 25/01/20 for 1 night on the 14/02/20 this was cancelled by the hotel.
I have been in touch with them since 14/2 by email & phone with no reply, now they don't even answer calls due to the present situation

Anyone know why apart from Aldi, why the rest of the supermarkets don't include the rest of us emergency services for an hours shipping time.
