@AllanLittle10@Guntalk Take a look at Harris County Texas and Barnes case. The entire interaction is what counts so could he had moved? Did they put themselves in danger?
@Guntalk There was a case like this not to long ago that went to SCOTUS they ruled you have to take into account all that occurred on the interaction not just split second of where the LEO shoots. I think it is Barnes v Harris County Texas. I could be wrong but they are the players.
The silly stuff we do. Like shooting a .45ACP 1911 at a hillside 300 yards away and discovering you can fire at least three shots before the first one kicks up dust. 3 shots in the air. I donโt exactly know why that makes me smile. ๐
