An active-duty U.S. Air Force major who was arrested by U.S. Capitol Police yesterday after conducting a protest on the Capitol steps while in uniform calling for the impeachment of President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance is now under investigation by the Pentagon.

Service members are prohibited from participating in partisan political activities while in uniform and are subject to additional restrictions under the Uniform Code of Military Justice regarding public statements about senior government officials.

Without identifying the officer, the office of Air Force Secretary Troy Meink acknowledged reports of the incident, stating that an investigation "will proceed unimpeded." The Department of the Air Force also reiterated that all personnel are expected to comply with laws, regulations, and policies governing conduct and the wear of the uniform.

I QUOTE: "In the grand scheme of things, I'm Just a nobody. What matters far more than who I am, is what I have to say, and the price I'm willing to pay to say it."

This man KNEW the trouble he was getting into by standing there in his military uniform, and he was willing to pay that price by sacrificing his entire military career so others can understand the dire situation of the current state of this country.

I can only aspire to obtain this type of bravery and courage.

They are what makes us a democracy, among many other things.
