@BeemeGkhaya @Orkney_Said Well no they're not. S49 of the immigration act says that anyone who takes occupation in South Africa unlwafully constitutes an offence, but that does not mean every undocumented person in SA is here illegally. There's a lot more nuance than you'd be able to understand.

Sihle Lonzi did not do this. Do you know what he did? He exposed corruption in SETA’s, and led a charge for the implicated Minister to be removed, and he has introduced a bill to cancel student debt.
