Ammar Bashir of Rafin Dadi, Kano, is a person living with a disability who chose dignity and hard work over begging on the streets.
He earns a living through laundry services, which he says helps him feed himself and support his family.
Ammar is appealing to the public and philanthropists for assistance with a modern laundry machine to help sustain and grow his business.
@Minikothe3rd , kindly help connect him with the Kano State Government or relevant support programs that may be able to assist.
Thank you.
General Sani Abacha.

Reduced Nigeria's external debt from around $36 billion in 1993 to $27 billion by 1997.
Lowered inflation rate from over 50% (inherited from previous administrations) to about 8.5%.
Avoided new loans from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) resisting certain conditionalities.
Promoted fiscal discipline in budget spending.
Maintained relative macroeconomic stability amid low global oil prices ($7–15 per barrel)
Created six new states in 1996: Bayelsa, Ebonyi, Ekiti, Gombe, Nasarawa, and Zamfara (bringing the total number of states to 36)
Stabilized the official exchange rate of the naira at around N22 to $1
Supported ECOMOG interventions that helped restore peace in Liberia and Sierra Leone. Costing Nigeria over $1 billion dollars and the lives of over 1,000 Nigerian soldiers.
Expanded federal interventions in agriculture through PTF. Food was available and cheap compared to years before his government.
Supported some rural development initiatives through dedicated funds.
Supported healthcare enhancements via PTF projects, such as hospital upgrades and equipment. He built the national hospital Abuja.
Halted excessive privatization programs initiated under the previous Ibrahim Babangida regime.
Etc.
Ladies and Gentlemen, they lied about General Sani Abacha.
A chronic thief as he has been portrayed wouldn't increase our foreign reserves from $494 million to almost $10 billion.
The so-called Abacha lots as been explained, were monies the administration stashed in foreign accounts in anticipation of US sanctions on Nigeria.
With everything I know now about geopolitics and what is being done to Nigeria, I believe what they said about Abacha were lies.
Like Abacha, Like Gadaffi, Like Idi Amin Dada. Our perceptions of these men were curated by those who don't mean well for us.
