Grow what you like to eat
You’re taking care of the soil not the plant
Don’t use synthetic soils, pesticides, etc
Nature always does it best, so emulate it
N hemisphere = South facing garden
Companion plant w/ marigold, basil, onion
Worm castings are a cheat code
Red pepper flakes to deter small animals
Neem oil to deter unwanted bugs
Water at the base of the plant
Under watering > over watering
Walk your garden & prune regularly
Always use a mulch, preferably straw
Save your seeds for next year
Don’t be afraid to experiment
Failure is how you learn
Include and teach your kids
Enjoy the sun and have fun
Hey everyone, a few months ago my son developed a brutal form of asthma where his airways close up every time he gets even a little sick (which happens a lot to a 4 year old). There have been some really scary days and I pulled him completely from daycare. He’s finally stabilized on a steroid regiment, but I’m homeschooling him now. I’m sorry if you’ve messaged me and I haven’t responded, I just don’t check social media much anymore. Hope you’re all doing well 🌱
Good morning all.
Few more pics from last night. Got to catch up with @JPole__, @DadsAcademy and @ForeverEsoteric at the Afterparty.
And if you see a video of me hitting the floor again this year.....
You didn't.
That’s a wrap for @LootFestEvent , unfortunately was not able to get everyone in but this is just the beginning! Can’t wait to see what we can do next.
Thank you for having me and I’ll see you next year!
