“Hello world, this might be my last video as my phone battery is dying.”
Maha Hussaini (@MahaGaza), Middle East Eye correspondent in Gaza, has a message to the world.
The rule of law governs everything we do in the UK. In the Family Court, Judges make decisions based upon the law which is enshrined in the Children Act 1989, you can read that Act and understand the decisions that Judges make here. https://t.co/RGTT09oGfG
1. Judges make decisions in the Family Courts based upon the law not ideology supported by the unsubstantiated claims of mothers unhappy with decisions based upon the law. Thus, there is a drive worldwide to change the law, in order that ideological beliefs are reflected in it.

•Faith
•Fitness
•Family
•Finances
•Friendships

Wishes and Feelings:
In H (Children) EWHC Civ 733 guidance is given regarding children’s wishes not being taken at face value, and the need for the children’s ascertainable rather than expressed wishes being determined.
