I mean, I know why I do it. Because then, when I get into bed and Jess says 'is the car locked?' I know for a fact it is!

Every night I look out at my car and see it's locked, but every night I still press the lock button on the keys before I go to bed. I mean I literally just looked at it!

Today's #dadfail went to Stay and Play, little girl dropped her 'water bottle' which was long and thin (weird shaped bottle) I went to pick it up, thought because of the odd shape it was hand sanitiser and put it on. Mum says: 'That's Bella's water...' 😂🙈 #FFS

Just reached a decent level of 'Dad cool' Walking past my 20 month old daughter's open door after putting her down to sleep, I looked at her and nodded, she nodded back. We cool Emi, we cool 😂

Advantages of waking up at 5am: Jess has done a workout, shopping is in and away, bathroom is clean, kids have had breakfast and are dressed, washing has been put on and then out in the tumble.

Disadvantages: it was 5am 😴
