The two pictures represent the head & tail of 23 years of inconclusive power contestation games. It's showing the one side of how authoritarian power is being entrenched & consolidated thruw the hardware of the military mighty. On the flip side it showing how authoritarian power is being naively attempted to be resisted or challenged. It can't be classified as the drawing of the battle lines of David vs Goliath, because the supposedly yellow David doesn't have the sling nor the stones to confront Goliath. Therefore it could be interpreted as the unchallenged Goliath amassing his amour & emboldened by the failure of the yellowites to find both the David, the sling & the stones.
