@Abaraxoid @pietro_guiotto Well, derm and plastics can easily make a 1mil+ a year. Derm can do procedures in office w/o using the OR so better margins. Plastics because plastics (they also make a lot doing quick carpel tunnel surgeries especially those are bread and butter.) But psych is QOL.

@PR0GRAMMERHUM0R Local compute is not that expensive. You just trade time for money. If 20% of your coding compute is debug/planning and 80% is actually writing code it doesn’t take a lot to spin up a builder swarm of qwen2.5-coder 7b models. But that 20% will be slower/inferior to frontier.
