Our positivity rate is not improving too to reduce our cases dramatically due to low testings ! How can we improve our numbers if testings are not increased - 75 K -100 K day ?

We should target positivity rate of < 5 % ( WHO benchmark ).

Posterior leads (V7, V8, V9) will confirm inferoposterolateral STEMI (Either LCx or Dominant RCA as culprit) Shark Fin pattern, my first time to hear that.
