@melisizm0 The color looks smooth and uniform, following the muscle grain/fiber direction, and are the classic green/yellow/blue sheens seen when light reflects off aligned muscle fibers.
If it smells bad, has fuzziness like mold, has green/gray decomposing spots, or is slimy, trash it.
