@VIA_Rail I’m on train 54 (Toronto to ottawa) and absolutely frustrated by your service! Not only is the train packed (two strangers have sat beside me) but we keep experiencing delay after delay. You want to pack us like sardines, fine - but at least get us home on time #ottnews
