I met @charliekirk11 at GSU last year. I spoke to him about the loss of my daughter. His love for his family and genuine adoration of them shown through every word when we spoke after the event. No wife, no child, no man should ever suffer in this way because of their opinions, beliefs, or open willingness to discuss differences and explore ideas. He wanted to bring people together in open dialog. Agree or disagree with his views, that is what America was founded on!

May God hold his wife and children through their grief and may Charlie Kirk be remembered as someone who believed and lived a life based on the uniting American ideal that an idea may divide but free speech and open dialog can create understanding within those divides.

I will treasure this signed hat forever! RIP! Agree or disagree on the detail of policy opinion, you were and continue to be an American hero, devoted father, loving husband, and inspiration to us all!
