If you've been experiencing the issue of getting logged out frequently, this update includes major improvements to login stability and extends sessions to help keep you signed in longer.
A few additional improvements included in this update:
✅ More reliable video playback
✅ Listened check marks now save more consistently
✅ Episodes loading improved for affected users
✅ Giving history and subscriptions fixes
✅ Journal improvements including copy support
✅ General app stability and performance enhancements

📣 DAB 2.0 Status Update
First and foremost, we want to thank everyone for the grace and patience during this transition. We know these changes can cause disruptions in your daily flow, and we are truly grateful that you are going on this journey with us.
We’re happy to share that most things have now stabilized, and the mobile and tablet versions of the app are working and functioning properly for the majority of users.
The web version of the app is functional, but you may notice slower loading speeds at times. Our team is actively working to improve performance and restore normal speeds as quickly as possible.
Over the past few days, many of the customer service emails we are receiving are related to help locating features or navigating within the new app. We strongly encourage you to take a look at our Help Center first before reaching out, as most common questions can be answered there:

📣 DAB 2.0 STATUS UPDATE
Today has been the real test as more people woke up, updated the app, and began logging in. While yesterday’s launch went smoothly, today many users experienced API errors, login issues, or certain features not working as expected.
We are aware of these issues, and our team is actively working to resolve them as quickly as possible. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and want to thank you for your patience as we continue moving everyone into the new system.
We will continue to post updates as they become available. In the meantime, please continue checking the app as improvements are being made.
We’ve also received many emails from users who were able to log in with their 1.0 account but did not see their data right away. This is normal. It may take a few days for all of your data—such as listened check marks and progress—to fully sync and appear correctly in your account.
Another common issue we’re hearing about is verification codes not arriving by email. In most cases, the email has been filtered into your spam or junk folder, so please check there first.

You can now download the latest version from your device’s App Store and begin exploring the new features, updated experience, and expanded content.
As everyone begins moving into the new system, please note that some of your data from DAB 1.0 may take a day or two to fully appear, including things like listened check marks and progress history. This is normal, and everything is continuing to sync in the background.

🚀 Tomorrow, we’re launching our brand new 2.0 DAB App!
The transition to our new app and systems will begin midday Monday (CST). During this time, there will be a period of downtime for the DAB app, website, and related systems. This is normal and expected as we move everything into place.
Once the changeover is complete, you will receive an alert in your DAB 1.0 app letting you know it’s time to update to the new DAB 2.0 app from your device’s App Store.
After downloading the new app:
• Open the app
• Enter your registered DAB 1.0 email address
• Look for "First time here since the update? Start Here!"
• Tap Start Here
• Follow the steps using the email address registered in DAB 1.0
This process will bring your existing data into the new app so you can continue right where you left off.
