Currently assessing the best way to continue this project. The max limit of 20 on Moments is a major problem for organizing things over time.
Leaning toward a website or a blog. Google Docs is an option, but has limitations.
I'll post here when I have a solid plan.
Room of Rotten Grapes
Ashley sees a vision of a boy under a tree—a boy who says "papa..." and then vanishes.
The game seamlessly transitions into combat against the bats that swoop down to interrupt the vision.
The Rich Drown in Wine
Along with the Bat and the Silver Wolf, this room has another simple puzzle.
Ashley breaks one crate so he can lift the other and use it to reach the switch. Pulling the switch opens the door, but only for a few seconds.
Ashley hurries north.
A Laborer's Thirst
After defeating a Bat and a Silver Wolf, Ashley solves a very simple block puzzle by lifting a crate and moving it toward the exit to use as a platform to jump on.
The Reckoning Room
The door locks behind Ashley, trapping him. He must defeat the Bat and Silver Wolves to escape.
A chest in the corner contains the Seventh Heaven, a Reinforced Glove, Vera Root x3, and Cure Root x3.
Ashley backtracks through Chamber of Fear and to the north.
It appears you can only have up to 20 "Moments" on Twitter. This is a major problem for this project, as it's the only way we have of organizing the tweets after they are posted.
Reply chains doesn't work because they can't be scheduled with TweetDeck.
Chamber of Fear
A massive quake reshapes this room as Ashley enters, and Bats descend.
By leaping from the smaller rock ridge to the taller wall, he finds a Silver Wolf guarding a door with an optional room.
The knights are clearly taken aback at the description of a VKP agent as "one of parliament's watchdogs," but they obey the order from their "commander."
Fine Vintage Vault
Ashley is once again accosted by knights, and now we know why. Sydney is using magic to send the church's knights against Ashley.
Ashley can wait for the sword wielder to drop down, and then climb up the crates to drop down on the crossbow user.
From Ashley's Report:
ワイン富豪の契約所
Wine Magnate's Contract Office
The official English translation is pretty close to this, although the Japanese is a little more specific as to what sort of chambers.
富豪 means rich person, and I think magnate is a great localization.
We'll discuss how to implement that weapon advice and why as the playthrough progresses and we have more options available.
At some point, we'll get into the details of WHY, too.
For now, just know that grinding class and affinity rating isn't needed.
To keep things very simple:
DP is durability and should be kept near full.
PP is Phantom Power and should be kept near full.
Keep a weapon of each type: Edged, Piercing, and Blunt.
Adjust your weapon element as needed.
Don't worry too much about class.
Weapons have attack power, durability, and phantom power stats.
They also have ratings for each class of enemy and each elemental affinity.
They also have a damage type. The damage formula can be a little complicated and a lot of players focus on things that don't matter much.
We'll temporarily enable weapon and armor status change notifications to demonstrate the system.
I usually leave these options "off" unless I am trying to accomplish something specific with my equipment.
Upon entering the Wine Magnate's Chambers, the ground trembles once again.
Ashley must contend with a Bat and a Silver Wolf here, and there is a Gust trap at the room's exit.
