ହେଲେ ରଥଯାତ୍ରା ସମୟରେ ବାରମ୍ବାର ଏଭଳି ଅଘଟଣ ଘଟୁଛି କଣ ପାଇଁ? ସରକାର ଏତେ ଖାମଖିଆଲି ଭାବେ କଣ ପାଇଁ କାମ କରୁଛନ୍ତି? ମହାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ନବଦିନାତ୍ମକ ଯାତ୍ରାକୁ ସୁରୁଖୁରୁରେ ସମାପନ କରିବାକୁ ସରକାର ଆଦୌ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱର ସହ ଗ୍ରହଣ ନକରିବା ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଚିନ୍ତାଜନକ।

ଅନୁଭବ ହେଉଛି ଅତୀତର ତ୍ରୁଟିରୁ ଶିଖିବାର ମନୋବୃତ୍ତି ଏହି ସରକାରର ନାହିଁ। ଗୋଟିଏ ପରେ ଗୋଟିଏ ଅଘଟଣ ପ୍ରତିବର୍ଷ ରଥଯାତ୍ରା ସମୟରେ ଘଟୁଛି, ଲୋକଙ୍କ ଜୀବନ ଯାଉଛି, ରାଜ୍ୟ ବଦନାମ ହେଉଛି କିନ୍ତୁ ସରକାରଙ୍କ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟଶୈଳୀରେ କୌଣସି ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ଦେଖାଯାଉନାହିଁ। ଭୁଲରୁ ଶିଖିବା ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତେ ସବୁକିଛି କାମଚଳା ନୀତିରେ କରାଗଲା ଭଳି ଅନୁଭବ ହେଉଛି।

ଆଉ କେତେ ଅଘଟଣ ପରେ ସରକାର ସଚେତନ ହେବେ? ପ୍ରତି ବର୍ଷ ଏପରି ଘଟୁଥିବା ବେଳେ ସରକାର ଏଥିରୁ କିଛି ନଶିଖିବା ଆହୁରି ଦୁର୍ଭାଗ୍ୟଜନକ।

ସୁନାବେଶ ଠାରୁ ନୀଳାଦ୍ରି ବିଜେ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଘୋଷଯାତ୍ରାର ଦେବନୀତି କିଭଳି ବିନା କୌଣସି ବିଭ୍ରାଟରେ ଶେଷ ହେବ ସରକାର ସେଥିପ୍ରତି ବିଶେଷ ଯତ୍ନବାନ ହୁଅନ୍ତୁ। ମହାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଦର୍ଶନ ପାଇଁ ଆସୁଥିବା ଶ୍ରଦ୍ଧାଳୁ ଅକାଳରେ ପ୍ରାଣ ନହରାନ୍ତୁ।
