@GWRHelp Last time when I had to sit on the floor outside first class all the way to London used this service, never heard anything back from them. All the reservations just say available, can’t say I’ve heard any announcements about a major disruption, just seems someone has bothered

@GWRHelp can you tell me why when I went into the GWR office in Paddington to possibly change my ticket for the 16:48 to Bridgend rather than the one I had for the 17:48 I was told the cheapest ticket was £222 but when I looked on the app the cheapest was £98?

@currys just had our fridge/freezer delivered and I must complement you delivery people on an excellent job. Nothing was too much trouble for them exploring the best way to get the appliance into the house and they were very polite and a credit to your company

@currys what’s the point of your insurance cover. Paid for cover on my freezer since 2007 now it’s defrosting and re freezing intermittently I can’t get it repaired/ replaced because it’s working when the engineer checks it. Still lost all my food though
