If it's weekly poi then Daily tf to h4 is fine most especially daily
Then if you have a monthly poi
Weekly is good but if the daily gives you a cisd then you're good to go

If the market doesn't come for the body and goes to the wick
Then most likely on the lower timeframe that area you marked as body might have been mitigated.
And the wick of the higher timeframe candle is theunmitigated poi on the lower timeframe

Market entered the poi..but was at the wick that is a normal mitigation and partial mitigation
The full mitigation was when the market dug up to 50% of the orderblock and it even reached for the body before dumping

Partial mitigation is mostly when price comes towards the body of your orderblock...depending on how big the orderblock is or not...once price touches the body of the candle....
