Nice to get some winter feed in the clamp. A decent clamp of maintenance feed for the @DairyEwe dairy ewes in late lactation and early pregnancy. Amazing growth in dry conditions on the herbal leys. 24 acres in total with 2ha of rye grass getting 95kg N per ha and that’s it 👍

We’re always doing our bit for nature here at Mansergh Hall. Over the last few weeks we’ve been planting new hedge rows. This will create a wildlife corridor from the roadside hedge row to the woodland. The wools nots with much and worth more to ensure this hedgerow prospers 👍
