@JamesOGrady14 I think this could be really effective- I always wonder what people are still doing in cars in central London... it would be quicker to walk. I do wonder though how much the 15mph limit will be adhered to? Enforcing this will be key and monitoring its success #MScGSCGlasgow

@JamesOGrady14 Agree, pretty unrealistic. In London's winters the underground is a great alternative to driving for those commuting into the city, but for the suburbs I don't see car travel being reduced unless they can find a more practical alternative than cycling. Maybe more bus routes?
