Two 16 year old girls brutally murdered a friend on July 5, 2012. Rachel Shoaf and Shelia Eddy came up with a plan for months to lure Skylar Neese out of her home for an alleged party. They brought her to the woods instead. Kitchen knives brought from home stabbed her as she tried to run. This took quite awhile. Her body was placed behind a tree. A huge search took place after Skyler was reported missing. Her remains were not found until months later in Morgantown, West Virginia.

Rachel Shoaf will have her first parole hearing on May 9, 2023 after she received a 30 year sentence for first degree murder. The victim’s friends and family have signed an online petition asking the parole board to reject her request for an early release. Pashun Jeffery was violently murdered. Now her son Taylen Mosley has been taken. I cannot imagine what he may have seen. He is only 2 and was last seen at 5:30pm on 3/29/23. His father has been contacted. They are going door to door looking for footage today in St. Petersburg, Florida. #AMBERAlert #MissingChild
