@HM_Passport I received my daughters passport over 5 weeks ago now and the birth certificate hasn’t arrived. I paid extra for fast tracking. I urgently need this for her to start nursery. I just need to know if it’s now lost or if you still have it. Please help!

@AdmiralUK Tried to make changes online to help you but the system is AWFUL and you can’t make all changes to policies. Ended up calling (tried to avoid this!) staff said I’d get an email with a link to cancel. Still not received. What do I do now? 🤷🏼♀️
@AdmiralUK I tried to follow the COVID-19 advice to cancel an automatic renewal online but there’s no option to. I then had to phone & wait +1hr to be told an email would be sent with a link. Would it not be better for both your staff and customers to have an option online?
@virginmedia internet down...no notification of ‘planned maintenance’ other than an automated message when I’ve rung up to see what is going on. Extremely inconvenient in the middle of a working day & still no explanation. What is going on please?

@virginmedia Thanks but it was actually the 4 hours of trying to ring to cancel in the first place that was more the annoyance. Could you maybe take some learnings from other providers and offer a call back service or online cancellation? Would certainly improve the customer experience x100!!
