According to National IT Survey 2017/18; conducted by @NITAUganda1, only 65.3% of all households owned a radio at home, 21.8% of all households owned a TV, while 27.3% of all households subscribed to Pay TV.

If an officer tells you that the information you are seeking is not in his docket, he/she is supposed to use FORM 5 (in picture) to make official reference to the relevant office.
This is proof of official transfer of responsibility and leu of access to records. #AccessUgInfo
