@TeamYouTube Thanks for the info! The issue is that I’m unable to access the “Manage permissions” option for this Brand Account. The channel shows as a “Brand Account (limited to YouTube),” so I can’t add an Owner or transfer Primary Ownership. Can you help with next steps in this case?
