@bmstores I purchased your Xmas hot chocolate set form the Chocolate Tree Co. So far I have tried the orange one- far too strong and undrinkable , the mint one- just hot chocolate with menthol, the white one- basically water and caramel- tasteless. WORST £4 I HAVE EVER SPENT!!!!!

Today(31/10/2020)I visited your Liverpool Lord Street branch, served by Norma. After I bought sausage rolls,a new batch came out so I asked for of these instead.Norma refused and by said ‘they’re as warm as they’re going to get’. This has left me disappointed.

@thebodycoach Love your workouts- the PE ones have changed my life. But many are now impossible to do on you tube. Instead of the adverts at the start, I counted 12 ad breaks in a 20 minute workout today. It is completely unusable.
