@ATTHelp @ATTHelp I already took the issue to the DMs (away from public eyes). No one called us. When after 90 minutes we called again and was told it would be another 35 minutes. After 35 minutes, @ATT called again for a credit card. It was going to cost is $106 PLUS 35 more minutes.

Hey @ATT we have 5 lines that we pay $2.99 a month on each line for roadside assistance. An HOUR ago we asked for a tow truck. We have had ZERO RESPONSE. Are we just throwing that extra Mandy away?

Once we paid $106 to @ATT on credit card, we were told it would be another 35 minutes. That’s a lot of extra money for this “benefit”…not to mention the time we spent waiting. I’ve been a loyal customer for DECADES. This is shameful.

OMG @ATT…is a RIP OFF! We pay $2.99 a month on Five different lines for roadside assistance. It took you an hour and a half to line up a tow truck. Finally you said one would be here in 35 minutes. After the 35 minutes you called and told me it cost $106 to have that truck come.

Hey @TGIFridays, it happened again…terrible service at your Addison-Beltline restaurant. I appreciate your help last time but we couldn’t get waited on AGAIN! After waiting 30 minutes we bounced to @Chilis. Again, they we’re not in the weeds. That location is bad for your brand.
