Ahh dude of course! It’s funny I’m not a hoarder irl but I’ve hoarded so many videos over the years. My buddy tells me I’m too attached to them but like those are my memories. I have alt YT accounts that are just no shows, disputes, tourney wins, wager wins, just no real point to them outside of a GB ticket lol and even those I love to watch and just hear my passion flowing through the mic over something so meaningless like XP or a another Gold trophy I was probably taking the credits payout on
2012: 1st stream on Black Ops 2 using new Twitch integration from my console
2013-2015: Got my 1st capture card. Used the family laptop. Streamed very little. Mainly recorded proof videos for GameBattles.
2016: Got my first PC and streamed occasionally.
2017-2018: Started playing PC games for the 1st time and the streams became more frequent but still sporadic.
2019: Fell in love with streaming and became more consistent.
2020: Streamed 100+ days in a row, over 1556 hours, and came SO CLOSE to being partnered on Twitch 3 separate months.
2021: Streamed 100+ days in a row again but barely hit my goal of 1k hours at 1013 hours.
2022-2024: Discouraged I never hit partner and streams became infrequent. Got a new job. I thoroughly enjoyed it and I was working in the gaming space for a company hosting tournaments and working with creators. Was hoping this was my next chapter. If I couldn’t be the creator I could atleast work with them and be in the gaming world.
Early/Mid 2025: Got laid off from my job and started streaming Zombies on TikTok. Was crushing it. 300 average viewers, 2k+ peaks, and I thought it was my time. 1 1/2 months in a potential career opportunity came to me but it would pretty much require me to stop streaming do to the hours. For 2 weeks I debated streaming or take the job. I took the job.
Mid 2025: Quit the job due to moral reasons. Realized I may have made the worst decision in my life to not follow my passion. Started applying to 100s of jobs.
Late 2025: Still no job. PC is not capable of streaming anymore. I start applying to “easy” jobs. I get hired. Month later, I get hurt and I’m told I will have to have shoulder surgery.
Early 2026: Surgery gets delayed due to my employer thinking I was lying about getting hurt on the job. Surgery gets approved again. I have surgery in March.
Mid 2026: Towards the end of my recovery and realizing that one decision altered my life. To not pursue my passion. I don’t deserve to take accountability for a work related accident but I do deserve the regret I have.
I would do anything to have a redo but unfortunately that’s not how it works. Decisions that seem so small can have a lifelong impact. Outside of baseball growing up and thinking I was making it to the league, gaming and streaming have been my only passion. Hitting that go live button and interacting with the homies and the anticipation of where things are going and the good days and the bad days and just MAN everything about it I miss it so much. Just know if my PC could stream, I would stream.
I’m guaranteed a settlement of some sort with this injury. I don’t expect it to be life changing like the injury was but maybe it might be enough to catch up on life and get me a new PC to be able to pursue making content again or maybe it won’t. Who knows. What I do know is I appreciate the experiences I have had, the 1000s of people I have connected with, the conversations, the early mornings, the late nights, the ups, the downs, and just everything and everyone.
When I do have the opportunity to make the comeback. Just know it will be my last ride. I expect it to be a very long ride. 💚
@kick@Trainwreckstv@StakeEddie Feel free to change a brothas life. 💚
🟢I’ll commit to a 3 year plan🟢
-1500 hours streamed / year
-5 short form videos / week
-1 long form video / week
Yeah those are monthly averages, it’s a rolling 30 day average. I planned for 5-10 streams in a 30 day period that would most likely allow me to hit it. I could never hit the average AND hours streamed it was one or the other. Again, we were close but didn’t achieve it unfortunately
Was 2 months in 2020 and 1 month in 2021. 3 of the months we were genuinely close. Low hours streamed during the month on big event days between GTARP, and 2 times on EFT one being during a streamer event I was apart of. We streamed super low hours and planned for as many people to have me tabbed as possible to get as close as possible. But yes, most months were ~10 average viewers for 12+ hours streams 🙃
They just put Brook Lopez back in the game at the start of the 4th meaning no void/reboot. He didn’t play a single second from midway 1st quarter all the way to the start of the 4th.
Someone just canceled this @CinchGaming order. Let's give it away.
