@KH_MCO335 I think in most ToS I've read they claim not to sell data to third party sites but leave it ambiguous. I tagged a copyright lawyer in my post so hopefully we'll know if it's legally binding when he sees it.

Discord has a fairly easy to understand ToS agreement and claim not to sell user data in their privacy policy. I'm not sure if this is legally binding. Can you tell me if they are allowed to sell user data @LegalEagleDJ ?
