@sciencevs just on the vegan ep. The B12 argument is nonsense - meat only has B12 bcos animals are supplemented with it. B12 comes from soil, what we put on soil kills B12, so vegans & meat eaters are supplemented with it just in different ways. 10 yrs vegan 56 yrs old & healthy
