Go to A&E after a car crash with a damaged elbow but they say it's whiplash, dont need an x-ray. 6 weeks later your elbow is still sore. Docs send you to A&E as they suspect it may be fractured. A&E say you can go and sit over there for 12 hours!! @NHSuk @NHSEngland is broken!!

@AXA Why would somebody who ends up needing emergency surgery for appendicitis need to produce 2 years medical notes to get their money back? What previous medical condition could possibly cause appendicitis? No wonder the hospital wouldn't deal direct with you!!
