@staffo_sez I get what he’s saying but it has been decades since any conservative party in the anglosphere valued family, community or nation above corporations. Not the GOP, not the UK Tories, not the LNP. His view of conservatism, while laudable, is generations out of date.

@girlziplocked Also abortion is healthcare and free markets function poorly in healthcare e.g. if you have your ectopic in a red state you’ll just be too unwell to get on a plane to a blue state even if you can usually afford the time and money to travel
