@2Aupdates How many armed citizens (not LEO) were killed attempting to stop those 600 active shooter incidents? One? Who killed that one? The police?! But that would mean armed citizens are undefeated against active shooters. That's bad-ass!
@OrinKerr Isn't any implied invitation explicitly revoked with respect to ICE agents. State v. Christensen, 953 P.2d 583, 587–88 (1998) (“No Trespassing” sign “clearly posted on a gate across the only public access to the property” revoked the implicit license).
@MorosKostas She's probably closer genetically to a contemporary Spartan woman than Matt Damon to a contemporary Ithacan man. I don't see anybody freaking out over his ethnicity
Verdict is in: Afroman FULL victory, with no claims going to any of the Adams County Sheriff plaintiffs, total courtroom W for @ogafroman
Solid news for First Amendment protections of free speech, parody, artistic creation and fans of Lemon Pound Cake.
I didn't write as much in 2025 in part because I was doing this thing.
Now that it's public, everyone's about to have an opinion on it. You should formulate your opinion based on this article, because I was there. And you should share this with others when they talk about it.
Welcome home, Kelly Yu! After 8+ months in ICE detention, she's back where she belongs: running her West Valley restaurants with her family.
Kelly isn't a criminal — she's a mom & small business owner who donates meals to feed the less fortunate.
But stories like hers are becoming the norm under Trump's mass deportation policy.
@OrinKerr Da fuq? So armed and dangerous does not mean, armed AND dangerous. Clearly police should be be able to disarm anyone within shooting distance.
