At the national level of the ADC, an initial arrangement allocated 80% of positions to the Kwankwasiyya group, while 20% was assigned to the legacy structure.

However, in the spirit of fairness and inclusion, Rabi'u Musa Kwankwaso reviewed the arrangement and adjusted it, ensuring Kwankwasiyya holds 60%, while the remaining groups within the ADC structure receive 40%.
