@Aeroplan I transferred my chase points to your platform to pay for tickets for our honeymoon only to have the cost using all my points to be $1800, the cost to pay in cash was $1300. So the cost of using all my points is more expensive than not. Please transfer them back

@AirCanada I have been trying to get a response from someone for weeks. Aero points are worthless and I want them transferred back. The system doesn’t work. Stay away from them!

@AirCanada How is it possible use 132,000 points and also have to pay $1815 cash for a flight that costs $1500 if I buy it outright on a card? I want my points transferred back. This is ridiculous.

@AirCanada your Aero Plan system is completely worthless and is essentially a scam. Transferring $2000 worth of points to you to only get 30% off a $1500 flight is a scam. Stay away from these guys. They won’t do anything for you.

@AirCanada have been trying to reach a rep for the second time. Waiting 1.5 hours each time. Poor customer service experience and the aero plan points system makes no sense.

@Delta Unsatisfying experience. Bought a ticket through delta, carried out by @Aeromexico. Somehow only able to print out my girlfriends ticket. Flight to US missed. Rebooked. Called each airline multiple times to sort it out and each airline blamed the other and offered nothing.
