@British_Airways … it’s been over 30 hours since I’ve landed in Singapore without any luggage. I’m trying to talk to someone, but you’re not answering calls, no matter how I try. No one has shared an update, no emails. You’re making a terrible situation worse!

@British_Airways Please can you explain how flight BA11, btw London to Singapore, took off on Sat with NO luggage on it?! The ground staff at SNG have said ZERO bags were loaded onto the plane, & no one knows exactly when our luggage will turn up. & the flight was delayed!
