Hi.
In the last 5 months I:
- Moved out of my parent's house
- Flew to Utah with a duffel and backpack
- Started working for my friend's start-up
It's been crazy but wonderful. I write mostly on Substack now:

The best is ahead. God bless all of you.
Sam Sulek started posting daily YouTube videos/gym commentaries only a few years ago (2?)
Now has 4M subs and just worked out with Arnold
Find your obsession. Then do it every day with violent levels of output. Your life will change fast
You need a quest. It's tempting to pursue ease, but one thing I've come to learn: The easy life can quickly start to feel like the meaningless life. The least happy people I know are those who lack challenging quests in their lives. There's nothing better than hard-earned progress. The struggle. The pain. The grit. The resilience. And then, the breakthrough. The knowledge that you paid the cost of entry to achieve the growth you went after. Hard, meaningful quests are good for the soul. Learn a new skill. Start a side business. Travel to a new place with no plans. Take on a difficult physical endeavor. Just do something hard. You need a quest.
If you're willing to say "no" now to what everyone else is saying "yes" to you'll have loads of perspectives they never paid the price to get.
To focus may seem like a sacrifice, and it is.
You're focusing the old for the new.
It changes everything.
The difference between someone who makes 6 figures a year and someone who makes 6 figures a day is the amount of time they were willing to look stupid, the amount of risk they were willing to take, and the number of people they were willing to ask to get what they wanted.
This 100x.
I know that sliding down slides is a joy for my past self and it's something my much older-self will miss.
I'll surely do that as long as I can, same goes with writing, podcasting, and the like.
At the end of the day if you feel good with those two, you're winning.
you have so much magic in your life already. do you see how lucky you are to be alive and beautiful and surrounded by opportunities and lovely people? you are swimming in abundance ✨

Insane how much support you get on this app from actually building something
Take this as your sign
STOP CARING ABOUT LIKES AND FOLLOWERS, AND GO BUILD SOMETHING
procrastination is a result of spiritual warfare
of course the enemy doesn't want you to spend time on activities that allow you to better yourself and help the world
wake up and fight to stay focused because your potential to do good is far beyond what you could ever imagine
This is the play.
I lower my vision, goals, and clarity for no one.
I build until my queen arrives.
No matter how long it takes.
I am settling for nothing less.
This is the reality.
You need to build the systems, keep oiling the systems, and trust the systems.
That means if you really want to do something, and you know it's not going to benefit long-term you - you must say "no".
So much of life is preparing for the long game.
The number one job of the CEO is prioritization.
It’s easy to say what you should do.
It’s hard to say what you will do.
It’s hardest to say what you won’t do.
Limited resources.
Limitless opportunities.
Strategy bridges the gap.
This is a question that is mindblowing to consider.
In 1 John 14:18 it says that perfect love casts out all fear.
For me this looks like writing, building, and uplifting people day in and out - for the sake of spreading love.
