With some deliciously fresh cod (from one of our retailer partners, @mtkiscoseafood), we whipped up these homemade fish sticks and served them on our vegan sourdough "Multigrain" English muffin variety to make crispy fish stick sandwiches!
While you may be used to buying fish sticks from the frozen section of the grocery store, they are SO easy to make at home, with minimal ingredients...

For #NationalFriedChickenDay, we experimented with @DaringFoods plant-based🌱 original breaded chicken pieces and made this Dam Good™ tasting "chicken" sandwich on our vegan sourdough "Original White" variety.

We think of our English muffins as a blank canvas -- they're truly so versatile and can be used for so many different things! As such, we like to get creative and have fun with them in the kitchen😊
This time we sliced them into thin strips, tossed them with some olive oil, and baked them in the oven at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, and we had ourselves some delicious sourdough English muffin crackers for our charcuterie🧀 board!
